Positive: Disappointed with the villas. Expected more for the price but fairly bog standard. Have stayed in much better, more authentic accommodation for much cheaper. Location is lovely though. Quiet area of the beach and some lovely restaurants nearby. But there’s nothing else around so taxis required to get anywhere where there’s stuff ‘going on’. If you’re looking for somewhere that you don’t want to leave the hotel, it’s great, but wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for day trips or night markets etc. Staff were fabulous but it’s a very expensive hotel for food and drinks. Would not recommend for this. It’s unnecessary to pay their prices for food and drink when there’s so much else on offer in Krabi.
