Summary: I was really excited to stay at this property (as a family of 4) - only on the day of arrival were we then told that we wouldn't be in the building that was advertised and that I understood we had booked. It was another property - an apartment but lacked the 'wow' factor of the photographs on Hotels.com. We then spent 3 hours trying to talk to the property and Hotels.com to try to find out what was happening. Ended up staying at the alternate property - not as central as we had thought, our apartment was at the top of the property - no air conditioning so we had to open the windows - so hot, very little sleep and noise from people partying outside. There was supposed to be laundry facilities too - I had booked it knowing I would need to do a load of washing before we headed home - no washing machine! I feel very let down by this hotel, it caused unnecessary stress on our travel day which we really could have done without. I would not recommend this hotel.
