This lovely house is beautifully furnished with antiques, features gorgeous views of the trees and sits above the Eagle Vail golf course. The spacious residence has several different gathering rooms, including a den with gas fireplace and baby grand piano, separate den with walkout stone patio surrounded by Aspens and Evergreens. The kitchen and breakfast room are decorated with slab granite countertops, hardwood floors and a gas fireplace warms the room on chilly winter days. The main bedroom suite has a king bed, steam shower and jetted bath tub, steam shower, double vanity, bidet and toilet. The second bedroom has a king bed, full bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen beds and full bathrooms. There is a stone patio that winds around the home with a waterfall feature in the summer months and a 2 car garage for covered parking, as well as a laundry room with washer & dryer.
