This spacious three-bedroom home boasts 1700 square feet of welcoming space, featuring cozy beds for 6 guests plus an extra folding bed for a total capacity of 7. The high ceilings and skylights create a bright atmosphere, while the surrounding mature trees give it a tranquil, park-like vibe. You will appreciate the private garage that accommodates two cars, along with ample off-street parking.
The outdoor entertaining area includes a beautifully furnished covered patio where you can grill on the BBQ or simply relax under the warm Texas sun. In addition to your own amenities, you also have access to the neighborhood’s pool, park, basketball, and tennis courts, all just a short walk away. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I am committed to ensuring you have an enjoyable stay!

Just a 5-minute drive will take you to the renowned Northstar Mall, while attractions such as the zoo, botanical gardens, and medical center are only 10 minutes away. For thrill-seekers, Six Flags, Downtown & Riverwalk, and Sea World are within a 15-minute drive, making it the perfect central location.
Check-in time is at 3 PM, with no keys required for entry, while checkout is at 10 AM. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee—please inquire about this option.
