Positive: Location was perfect. The views out the windows was beautiful. Easy to find and great area of the island. Away from all the busy areas, quiet beach. Nice dining table for 6 people. Dishwasher so you don't have to hand wash dishes if you don't want to. Nice wrap around deck for lounging. Hose downstairs for rinsing feet off. Bunk bed was a huge hit as well for my younger kids. Laundry machines were a huge help and there was plenty of parking!
Negative: The main bathroom needs renovations. The shower does not drain properly and the tile is haphazardly done and falling apart. Both bathrooms need better shower heads, possibly ones with detachable wands. The main bedroom's bed is very uncomfortable especially for two 6ft adults. The deck has several screws sticking up which I tripped on so that was painful and very dangerous. There's just an overall lack of proper renovations and upkeep needed for this property. It's okay but it could be great. It worked for what we needed. Would really benefit by having a binder on the table to explain what switches control what and overall instructions for guests stay and checking out.
