New refrigerator, full-size bed in bedroom, two small sofas and a small dining table + small deck for drinking coffee/watching monkeys. 2 air conditioners in unit! We're in the process of getting Wifi turned on but will not be guaranteed at this time. This is reflected in the bare-bones pricing as it currently stands.
