Two king size beds with blackout curtains, one in the bedroom and one in the living room's pullout couch. The living room has privacy curtains that separate it from the other rooms. Workout in a private gym with an ocean view. Private hot tub in a covered private patio. There is a Chargepoint electric charger in the 2 car garage. BEACH PARADISE!!
