Centrally located and close to major beaches & freeways makes this unique little main house with a back house a perfect option for your San Diego stay! The main house features a king size bed, a queen bed for the second bedroom, a twin bed + trundle in the third bedroom (as well as a standing desk area for remote working), and a pull out twin sleeper sofa in the living room. The back-house will host guests with another king size bed & a twin air mattress as well. Parking is available in the large driveway & unrestricted street parking in front of the house. Enjoy the beautiful canyon view outside where there’s a fire pit and corn hole,as well as a dining & bistro area on the patio. Guests will have access to the driveway, the main house + back house, & the backyard. There is no TV, but we have plenty of games, puzzles, and some outdoor activities for your entertainment! No events or parties. Strict quiet hours 10pm-7am.
Our quiet neighborhood is just up the hill from Mission Bay & the entrance to Pacific Beach. La Jolla is just 15 minutes north and Downtown is about 12 minutes south of us! Easy drive from the airport and right off the 5 frwy. Definitely best to have a car. If you’re interested in a small rental car let me know, we have one available on Turo. Our area is a bit hill-y for biking, but the trolly stops right near our place and is easy and inexpensive to take up and down the coast. Uber is always an option as well!
