Baroona by the Beach is a two storey holiday home featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms (plus an outdoor shower), two lounge rooms and an impressive upstairs deck.
Each bedroom includes a built in cupboard and ceiling fan.
It is close to the beach (a 400m walk to Bawley Beach), cafes and a small shopping centre (chemist, IGA, newsagent, bottleo etc.)
There are many activities to take part in, including bush walking, swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and sightseeing.
Upstairs the loungeroom offers a seating area with a red wicker seat and table, large comfy modular lounge and flat screen TV. The loungeroom opens out onto a large deck.
The deck is a great place to relax with an outdoor lounge and dining area, a Jack & Jill chair, wall mounted TV, gas BBQ and ocean glimpses.
The dining area has a wooden dining table with seating for 6 and a highchair for the little one.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cooking basics, Delonghi coffee machine, oven and electric cooktop.
Main bathroom has a deep bath and shower and ceiling heat lamp.
