Perfect home away from home - great for Military and Medical professionals. Fully equipped one bedroom and one bath basement rental (fully separated space & entrance). Located on a cul-de-sac. Backyard is on the mountain side where one can experience and explore nature. We have chickens and 2 roosters, upon request only, we can let you into the chicken run for an up close interactive experience with the chickens.
The space
The space is warm and cozy. You have everything you need for a wonderful stay. This is the host’s residence but when guest are here, if she is not traveling, she stays in the back bedroom with access through the main house so areas are not shared.

On the left side of the house there is designated parking and in back of the house is the private entrance to the basement.

Did you forget anything? I do have available essentials for extra cost - toothbrush kit, feminine products, deodorants and others. Just let me know. Co-host lives on main floor so we can assist in a timely manner.
