My chalet is a family second home with all the charm of old houses. Here you will find old and traditional mountain furniture, objects brought back from our travels. If you like the charm of the old, you will be happy here!
2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, all charming with a beautiful view of the valley, 1 children's bedroom with bunk beds. Possibility of adding a mattress to the floor and an additional bed on a sofa with a real mattress.
I am happy to make you enjoy my childhood home and second home when I do not come with my family. You will be greeted by someone who will introduce you to the features of my house in my absence. A multitude of possible activities, summer and winter. Immediate proximity to two huge ski areas (15 minutes by car): LES TROIS VALLEES (Courchevel, Méribel, Les Menuires, Val Thorens,) or PARADISKI (Champagny en Vanoise, La Plagne, Les Arcs), Pralognan en Vanoise. Brides les Bains thermal spa site less than 10 minutes by car.
Bozel is 4 km from the house. It is necessary to have a car to shop and go to winter sports resorts. However, a free shuttle several times an hour is available in winter from Bozel (73350) to Courchevel. There is a shuttle bus from Moutiers Salin Brides les Bains train station (73600) to Bozel. Bus services from Lyon St Exupéry (airport) or Geneva (airport) exist. A taxi from Moutiers station (73600) to the chalet costs around € 50. Car rentals are also available at the station.
Authentic well-equipped and comfortable chalet. 90m² on 2 levels:
- A first floor with 1 double bedroom (+ 1 individual bathroom) and 1 single bedroom with bunk beds (+ 1 bathroom).
A large living room of approximately 45 m², with full US kitchen (dishes, sink, ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher ...), beautiful open fireplace, 8-10 place setting table, sofa, armchairs . Traditional chalet with beautiful mountain views, opening onto a balcony and overlooking a garden, in a quiet village.
- Very bright attic comfortably furnished with a double bedroom and a single bedroom both with a magnificent view (+ 1 bathroom).
The additional mattress is in a nice bright room adjoining under the eaves and the sofa in the living room. Sheets are provided, but not towels. A set of towels is available for € 15 / week per person. Electric charges are extra. A meter reading is made at the entry of travelers, then at the exit. The tariff per kilowatt applied to be paid to the owner is that of the municipal electricity sales office + vat. A deposit of € 600 is to be returned in cash at the entrance to the premises. It is returned once the exit inventory conforms to that of the entry and the electrical charges have been settled.
If it is found that the chalet requires more hours of cleaning than the 3h scheduled, it will be charged 20 € / h additional.
