Summary: The room that I rented I expected much more. I rented the premium suite with the hot tub. When we arrived we checked in without any issues.we get to the room and it’s nowhere near worth the price that I paid. I’ve had much much better for way cheaper. Long story short the room was half cleaned hot tub was dirty the shower door had mold not was wiped down right chairs look like they had sex stains it was just horrible. My wife and I always bring clean spray with us when we stay at any hotel. I scrub until I was sweaty and my wife was frustrated. We went to the front desk and the attendant was very helpful he upgraded our room and it was much better. It looks as if they put more work into cleaning the executive suite and higher and suite below I would figure would probably be the same as our experience. They did rectify the situation but I don’t think it should have ever been that bad in the first place.
