Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location near several metro stations and Gare Saint Lazare. It is easy to get to the city center and other parts of the city. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Beds are comfortable. We were warned that the elevator is not working, but it was working. There is enough hot water for showering and the blankets were warm (nights are still cold in Paris).

Negative: The furniture is a bit poor quality, for example the wardrobe in the middle room and the sofa in the living room, but everything is functional. The bathrooms need renovation, there is some mold on the walls. One night we had an accident in the small bathroom, the drain in the bathtub was clogged. We managed to unclog it with drain unclogging rubber that was in the apartment. Also, in the bathroom in the big room, the water in the bathtub was drained slowly. We don’t know if these things happened because of the old tubes (the building is old), or because of previous users of the apartment. Anyway, these were only inconveniences.
