Positive: The flat is cozy and well furnished, it has a beautiful view from the terrace on the Chiessi gulf, the owners are kind and helpful. The terrace by the kitchen in good weather is like an additional room. A small warning - the house sits on top of a rather steep and irregular flight of stairs. If you have any mobility issues, it's not recommended. Chiessi (winter population 150) is a tiny hamlet with no supermarket, the good shop is in Marina di Campo 30' away, so planning well your grocery buying is advised.

Negative: Small details could make the stay perfect, like having a curtain for the afternoon sun on the terrace to be able to use it all day long.
