This beautiful apartment is part of a small holiday complex situated in the southeastern part of Sicily. The pastel-colored complex is located directly on the Ionian Sea and was built in typical old Sicilian style. You can access the private shingle beach from the beautiful gardens of the complex. The gardens are of varied design and have a variety of plants and trees, including exotic palms. In the middle of the garden there is an amphitheater, built with stones from the area. The complex, with its 15,000 m² grounds, is an oasis of tranquility. On the grounds there is a volleyball court.This apartment has an area of about 45m2 and is suitable for 4 persons. There is a bedroom with a double bed. The living room has a kitchen corner and a sofa bed for two persons. There is a bathroom with shower. A visit to the city of Syracuse, on the Ortigia peninsula, is also absolutely worthwhile for its historic downtown. The city is only 18 km away and is one of the oldest cities in Sicily. In this Greek-founded city you will find numerous monuments and temples to admire.
