Swimmimg pool, TV, open parking included in price. Les Houches is located 6 km from Chamonix and at Les Houches is taking place the Ski's World Cup.
During the summer sport fishing in the beautiful Lake of Chavants at the feet of the residence.

In winter snow tires (or chains) highly recommended.
In winter, crampons on shoes are also recommended because, due to the strong temperature differences between day and night, the small streets could be slippery.
