With much love and with future guests in mind, Luisa and Antonio have given new life to a typical house in the centre of town by completely renovating it and creating three delightful independent mini-apartments equipped with every comfort. Flat Terra is located on the first floor with a delightful little balcony entrance on the right bathroom with shower, kitchen with counter/diner and exit to the delightful little balcony with table and chairs, followed by the bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed.
It is equipped with all comforts: free Wi-fi, air conditioning and heating (both services are on request and extra charge), TV Smart, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, coffee pod machine, kettle, American coffee machine.
The Fuoco flat can accommodate up to 3 people in the bedroom in the double bed and in the single sofa bed
Combined with the other two flats on the ground floor: flat "acqua" with a private courtyard and on the second floor flat "fuoco" with a small balcony and an open view of the hills, we can accommodate up to nine people.
All flats are equipped with: Wi-fi free, air conditioning, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, waffle coffee machine, kettle, American coffee machine and bicycle shelter.

The village of Colazza will be your arrival point where you will find everything you need, the shop, the restaurant, the pharmacy, mountain-bike hire, the sports area where you can go ice-skating, sport fishing, beach volleyball, but it will also be your starting point for exploring our area with its mountains and lakes. Lake Maggiore: only 7 minutes by car you will find Meina, 12 minutes Arona and 15 minutes Stresa. 20 minutes away is Lake Orta, the most romantic of the Italian lakes.
