Summary: I would not recommend staying at Âncora Park if you have other options. Our stay was disappointing overall. The cleanliness was below the standard I would expect from a hotel, and while breakfast had a wide variety of options, the quality of the food was not very good. The grounds also appeared poorly maintained. We stayed in a villa, and there was a dead, brown shrub directly in front of our door, which did not give a good impression. Housekeeping was another issue. Towels were replaced, but there did not seem to be much cleaning beyond that. The kitchen dishes were not cleaned, and the floors did not appear to be swept during our stay. The staff experience was also disappointing. One man I interacted with, who I believe may have been the manager, was polite and helpful. However, most other staff members we encountered were rude and unwelcoming. Overall, based on our experience, I would not stay here again and would recommend looking elsewhere.
