Located just a short 7-minute drive to Breckenridge's vibrant scene and skier parking lots, this location is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. A convenient access point to the Summit bus line leading directly to Breckenridge is just down the street, making your travels hassle-free.
Having owned property in Breckenridge for two decades, we firmly believe that this Blue River location is rapidly becoming our favorite spot in Summit County. We plan to spend a significant amount of time here ourselves. Despite being a newer listing, nearby homes have garnered fantastic reviews. Guests frequently rave about this incredible location! For winter visitors, a four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended due to snowfall conditions.
