The Space:
3 beds + sofa, Cable TV in the living room (Smart TVs in each bedroom), 3 bathrooms (1 upstairs next to the rooftop). AC in every room, comfortable beds with hotel-quality linens. Towels (beach towels too!).
For short-term stays we'll include 15KWh per day. If the usage exceeds this amount, we'll be charging $4mxn per exceeding KWh. For bookings 28 days or longer, electric usage will be billed separately, $3mxn per KWh.
The access to the apartment is thru an app, so be sure to have battery on your phone at all times. If you lose your phone or run out of battery, building staff might be able to help you in the meanwhile.
