There is TV, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, water heater, iron, hair dryer...everything is brand new and would be glad to share it with you :-)

We are set between a church and a school in a quiet street but you still have 5 minutes to everything you need including bank, post office, restaurants, shops.... Aquapark is less than 500m away it is great feature for winter months.
No partys allowed at any time! No noise between 22-06h. No shoes inside of apartment.
Smoking is prohibited in all of internal spaces. You are free to smoke on the terrace outside.
We are not avalible on site but we have people on location who can come in minutes in case of emergency.
