Summary: This is obviously a work in progress. Walking up to the building my first impression was a tad apprehensive. To my delight the owners focused on renovating the interior first and appear to be working on the exterior (although no active work was in progress while we were there). The room was clean, updated and was as advertised. Nice stay.
