Positive: The apartment is on the top floor (9th floor) of the second row of buildings. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and bay, as well as a view over the swimming pools and garden. The apartment is mostly well-equipped and the host was very responsive to questions. It is a short walk down to the beach. Highly recommended.
Negative: The property and grounds are very well maintained but there are a few things that were disappointing. The hot water pool is not heated enough so it was too cold to enjoy in winter. The games room with table tennis had no electricity so it could not be used at night. There is also no information provided on arrival, so you will have to ask where to find all the facilities, how to get to the beach, the door code for the building to get back from the beach, where the laundromat is, and so on. The apartment would benefit from a heater - in winter it can get cold. It would also be nice if the balcony was covered so it is more protected from the rain.
