Inspired by chalets in the Swiss Alps, our home is made of “Knotty Pine” with cozy reddish undertones & natural decorative rings (knots). Towering 24 ft ceilings, cozy fireplace, majestic pine trees & a vibrant wildlife.
The fun never ends in our Game Room - full-sized pool table, foosball, darts, kids' and board games! Our collection of "Spuds Mackenzie," the iconic BudLight mascot, adds a touch of charm.

~ ABOUT THE HOUSE ~
This house is in a fabulous Resort Community with many lakes, golf courses, tennis courts, etc.
Enter our property through a flat private driveway with room for 4 cars. It’s easily accessed in snow since the driveway is flat, compared to most homes with steep driveways in Arnold.
As you enter the main door, you’ll experience the charm of our home.
* Light-filled chalet windows and 24 feet ceilings.
* Huge living space with premium couches, recliner chairs, coffee table & wood-stove fireplace.
* The left stairway leads to the Game Room upstairs. There’s also a bedroom & a full bathroom.
* The kitchen, an island with bar stools & the dining areas are next to the living room.
* The hallway to the left leads you to 2 additional bedrooms & a bathroom.
The formal living room is furnished with premium furniture, a wood stove fireplace & a 65” smart TV. It creates an intimate family setting. The large Chalet windows on 24 ft ceilings bring lots of natural light & offers gorgeous views of Arnold’s massive Sugar Pine trees. This makes the perfect setting for a snowy day or a cozy summer evening.
The Game Room upstairs has a full-sized Pool Table that brings the entire family together. It also has foosball, indoor basketball, dart, kid's games, a play mat, hot wheels, card & board games like exploding kittens, scrabble, chess, toss-a-ring, etc. The game room also has art & souvenirs of the “Spuds MacKenzie'', BudLight's mascot from the late 80's! We have unique collectibles that make great IG photos!
Our dining area sits between the living room & the kitchen. The rustic chandelier, unique art pieces & the large dining table (seats 6 to 8) makes the dining room a perfect setting for intimate family dinners. The kitchen island is next to the dining area & can seat additional guests on solid pinewood bar stools.
The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials including kitchen utensils, pots & pans, plates, glasses & more. It also has lots of cabinet spaces & all the appliances you’ll need.
The dining & living areas offer access to our large wrap-around Front Deck (with furniture) with views of towering pine & cedar trees.

* Bedroom 1: has a king-sized bed and a queen-sized bed with side tables & lamp shades.
* Bedroom 2: has a queen-sized bed.
* Bedroom 3: This bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin bunk-bed. The bunk bed is for kids only.

* Couch: The large couch in the living room can sleep one adult.
* Queen-sized air mattress (sleeps 2) if you have more guests.
Bedrooms 1 & 2 are on the main level. No stairs needed to access them. There’s also a full bathroom with a tub, shower, sink & toilet on the main level.
The 3rd bedroom is on the 2nd floor next to the Game Room. There’s a full bathroom on the 2nd floor.

* Exact number of adults, kids & pets required in your reservation.
* Ask for approval if you have visitors. No visitors if house at max capacity.
* No outdoor shoes within the house.
* Do not disconnect or tamper with any connected devices.
* Report damages immediately.
* No climbing or jumping on deck & guardrails.
* Protect your trip with a Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Travel Insurance.
* High Fire Risk Zone: No open flames. No candles, charcoal/propane grills & fire pits.
* You must have a working phone number on VRBO.
Winter/Snow?
* Snow plowing service is additional cost fulfilled by local snow plowers.
* No throwing snow balls on house or windows.
Parking
* Free parking for 3 cars. No blocking street or neighbor’s driveway.
* Parking boats, trailers, motorhomes, oversized vehicles, recreational vehicles or additional vehicles is strictly prohibited without approval.
Pets?
* Dogs ONLY. No cats. No other species of animals.
* Only potty-trained pets allowed. No puppies under 1 year old.
* Maximum of 2 dogs.
* Immediate eviction for pets left unattended, inside or outside the house.
* Pets not allowed in Game Room to protect our games, art & memoirs collected over many years
* Provide breed & age of dogs when booking. Vaccination records may be required. Some breeds like Rottweilers & Pitbulls not allowed.
* A pet fee of $35/night per dog to be paid at the time of booking.
* Undisclosed pets charged $150/night per dog.
* Pets & emotional support animals are NOT service animals. If bringing a service dog, please answer:
