You will find all the comfort of a warm home and can enjoy the charm of Charentais landscapes, while being close to local shops.Located 15 km from Ruffec (TGV station) and 25 km from Angoulême (TGV station)The property has an entrance, a large living space with a lounge, fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator).
