First floor: bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed. A shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, and a 2nd bedroom with 2 x 90x190 beds. Separate WC. Electric heating. From the covered terrace, you'll enjoy a beautiful view over the 4000 m² unenclosed garden. Garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, ping-pong table. Linen, sheets, electricity and wood included. Towels 5 €/person/change. End-of-stay cleaning 70 €. Heating 8 €/day. A millstone can still be seen in the garden of this renovated former mill. A stream called "Le Caudeau" is just 50 m from the gîte.

Located in a valley classified as a "natural site to be protected", it seemed obvious to us to revive old stones and a forgotten corner of Périgord.
