This fantastic holiday home is located in the municipality of Krummhörn in the beautiful village of Hamswehrum. Just a few kilometres from the famous fishing village of Greetsiel and the North Sea coast with the Wadden Sea National Park. The city of Emden and the connection to the A31 motorway are approx. 15 minutes away by car. The "highlight" is the short distance to the Upleward dry beach. This covers an area of 9,000 square metres and offers sunbathing areas, volleyball courts, free beach chairs, a large children's playground, kite surfing, restaurants and much more. The "Huus an't Dörpdiek" is located on the edge of the old village of Hamswehrum, just 1500 metres from the dyke and the Wadden Sea. From here you can easily set off on hikes, cycle tours and excursions by car in the surrounding area. The bathing area with the newly created dry beach is 2500 metres away and can easily be reached by bike. In Pewsum, 5 km away, there are supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, pharmacies and doctors' surgeries. The picturesque old fishing village of Greetsiel is approx. 8 km away, Emden approx. 12 km and Norden/Norddeich approx. 25 km.
This great holiday home is located in the beautiful Krummhörn in the village of "Hamswehrum", between Pewsum and Campen. Long cycle paths directly on the dike invite you to go on tours and the holiday home is located in the village directly opposite the village pond called "Dopke". The village pond is home to many frogs in summer. There is a circular path and benches with tables, where you can sit and listen to the frogs mating calls and relax with a picnic.the semi-detached house has approx. 79 m² of living space and a plot of approx. 1586 m². Our holiday flat "Huus an't Dörpsdiek" is ideal for two guests. The flat has a living room with a corner couch on which you could also sleep, a bedroom with a double bed, a large kitchen with dining area and a shower room with a very large floor-to-ceiling shower with rainforest shower, as well as a washing machine. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances such as a dishwasher, steam cooker, fridge and oven. Cooking is a real pleasure here. The kitchen is freshly equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. The cosy and bright living room has a Smart TV. In the living room you can relax on the cosy corner couch and the bathroom has a double washbasin and is equipped with towels. The bedroom has a large double bed in 180x200 cm, bed linen in 155x220cm and a TV.all windows have electric blinds and in the bedroom and bathroom there are insect nets in front of the windows.in the garden we have a massive garden house which is equipped with a wood-burning stove and an East Frisian sofa. You have to buy wood on site and can then sit on the East Frisian sofa in front of the fireplace in the evening.I have created a virtual 360 degree tour.
In front of the garden house is our terrace which is equipped with a real North Sea beach chair and a teak table group. We also have a barbecue for you.in the garden we have a hammock stretched between two plum trees.the garden is very long and large and its many fruit trees make it very enchanted and romantic.children are also welcome, but would then have to sleep on the couch or on sleeping facilities brought along.you are welcome to bring your dog, which costs 10,- Euro per night and will certainly feel at home in our large natural garden.it is only about 15 minutes by bike or 5 minutes by car to the dike. Then you can enjoy the view of the North Sea and the beautiful "dry beach" in Upleward. There is also a bathing bay, a kite surfing area, a great restaurant (Erbsenbinder), a large children's playground, car parks, beach chairs, sun loungers, toilets and showers, car parks and much more. From here you can walk to the highest lighthouse in Germany. The red and white steel lighthouse in Campen. If you are good at climbing stairs, you can also visit it.we are East Frisians and love East Frisia and the coast. With our lovingly furnished holiday flats we would like to offer you a wonderful holiday. This beautiful semi-detached house near the dike with its garden, the beautiful wooden terrace, the free parking in front of the house and the high-quality equipment has everything you need for a great holiday on the East Frisian coast. Everything is easily accessible by bike and here you can enjoy the vastness and tranquillity. Everything in the flat has been completely renovated and modernised.
