The dining area has seating for all guests so you can gather together and enjoy meals with your group.Ings Lane boasts three bedrooms. The master bedroom is home to a double bed, whilst the second is where you'll find a bunk bed with two singles. Head to the third bedroom and there is a single bed, with the option of an additional single pull-out bed being made up upon request, increasing the occupancy to six. All beds are made up with plush bedding and premium bed linens.The family bathroom features a bathtub with a large overhead shower, along with a wash basin and WC.Outside you'll find an enclosed yard for guest use. An outdoor tap and clothes lineare fitted in this space.Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.Guest Access:Guests have access to the full property.
