A housekeeper will be on guests' disposal in the morning hours.
The spacious basement of 370 sqm offers a heated indoor swimming pool of 20 sqm with counter-current swimming, sauna, two showers, separate toilet, spacious tavern with large flat screen TV, dining table for 20 people, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, wine cellar, fitness room with bathroom, massage table and on the outside next to the swimming pool a jacuzzi. There is the possibility of providing a private masseuse on request (with extra charges).
The living unit of San Lorenzo extends to 380 sqm, the whole house is fully air-conditioned and furnished with high quality furniture and equipment. The house has underfloor heating and cooling, and in every room, it is possible to adjust the volume speakers. On the ground floor is the living room with sitting set with two sleeping possibilities, TV, dining room for 12 people, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, another dining table for 8 people, couch and another TV. From the dining room there is access to a double bedroom, private bathroom and exit to the swimming pool. From the living room are two bedrooms accessible, both with double bed and private bathroom, one of them with exit to the swimming pool. In the hall on the ground floor there is a shower/toilet. There are stairs leading from the kitchen to the basement. On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with double bed, private bathroom and balcony with sitting set. On the second floor is a bedroom with double bed, sofa bed for two persons and private bathroom.
NOTE: The indoor swimming pool can be used in the period from 15.09. to 15.06. Indoor pool heating is with surcharge.
