In the bay of Cala Santanyí there are some traditional waterfront fishermen's cottages. Ca'l Tio Miquel is one of them. It has been tastefully refurbished and converted into a very outstanding holiday home. The sandy beach is just a few steps away and if you want to take a refreshing bath, just go out the door.
The traditional distribution has been retained: A narrow staircase goes up to the first floor, where you find the double bedroom with en-suite toilet, sea views and small balcony. Also on the first floor there is the bathroom. Going upstairs you get to the second floor with the living-dining room, the balcony and the new kitchenette. An outdoor staircase goes to the terrace with the sun shade and the BBQ.
On the ground floor there is the boat garage with two kayaks and lifejackets in different sizes, for use free of charge.
