In a small village near Kołobrzeg (about 13 km) there is a huge, fenced property with a large, stocked pond and 2 holiday houses. One is located on a small, charming island, which can be reached via a small wooden bridge. The second one is located on land, also right on the lake shore. Both houses are approx. 80 m apart. The entire area is at the exclusive disposal of the guests of both accommodation units. The area is an oasis of peace and quiet. You can be sure of an undisturbed, relaxing holiday here. In order to take advantage of the charms of the seaside beach and all the attractions of the resort, you should go to the nearby Kołobrzeg, which offers a wide range of dining, entertainment and convenience stores.
The property area is hidden on the outskirts of a small village, surrounded by a dense forest. In its center there is a fish pond where you can fish (pedalo available for guests from two neighboring houses) and swim, although there is no prepared beach. The two accommodation units, which the hosts have prepared for the guests, are approx. 80 m apart from each other.
The nice, two-story holiday cottage has a covered terrace with a set of garden furniture and, in addition to access to the entire hectare property, a private, fenced garden. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a double convertible sofa, dining table and TV. The living room is connected to the well-equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. There are 3 separate bedrooms waiting for guests on the first floor. BBQ facilities are available.
There is a large parking lot on the property. The hosts of the facility have prepared a pedal boat for the guests of both houses at their disposal, which you can use to swim on a quite large pond. You can also fish from it, as well as from several fishing jetties available here.
On special request, the owner of the facility can provide guests with an internet router for a specified period, when there is a need to use the Internet.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, water consumption, parking, baby cot (registration required).

The main advantage of the area is peace and quiet and access to the local fish pond. In the vicinity there are forests, meadows, fields, wonderful scenery for hiking and biking. Whether by bike or car, you can get from here in a few moments to a large seaside resort - Kołobrzeg. Sometimes you can choose a quieter beach on the west bank of the river (Parsęta), another time a lively beach on the eastern bank of the river, where more attractions await (water sports, cafes, restaurants, etc.).
The biggest attraction of the Kolobrzeg health resort is undoubtedly the wide, sandy seaside beach. In addition, there are many walking routes in the seaside park, along the seaside promenade, along the historic pier, in the old town. It is worth visiting the local lighthouse, visiting the aquarium, seaport and cathedral.
Attractions in the neighborhood: for families with children, we recommend visiting the Pomerania Fun Park. It is a year-round park located in the village of Dygowo (approx. 20 km from the facility). It offers numerous carousels and trampolines. There is a Viking village, a petting zoo and much more. In Kołobrzeg, it is also worth going to an Indian village, where you can get to know the regions of the cultures of the indigenous people of North America.
There is a marina in Kołobrzeg, where you can rent floating equipment, as well as the Milenium sports complex, which offers an indoor swimming pool with attractions and tennis courts. There is also a canoe rental on the bank of the river (Parseta).
The R-10 international bicycle route runs through the resort, making it easy and pleasant to explore the neighboring towns by bike: Grzybowo, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie.
From the accommodation you can easily and quickly get to other seaside towns such as: Grzybowo (17 km), Dźwirzyno (17 km) located between the sea and Lake Resko, Sianożęty and Ustronie Morskie (28 km).
