Only one week left - July 12-19 (Sat-Sat). This spacious, well-decorated home is located in Meadow View Farms, Oak Bluffs - a quiet neighborhood of gracious custom homes. The layout is perfect for two families to share. Lovely landscaping enhances the one-acre private wooded setting. The house is fully furnished, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. Rooms include: 4 bedrooms + loft, 2 1/2 baths, a country kitchen, dining room, living room and a large family room.. All bedrooms are on the second floor. There's also a ping-pong table in the basement. State Beach is only five minutes away. 'Peqout Point' overlooking Sengekontacket Pond, can be reached on a peaceful ten-minute walk. The fabulous Farm Neck Golf course is within 1/2 mile. Round-trip ferry tickets for two cars are available leaving Woods Hole for Martha's Vineyard at noon and returning the following Saturday.
