Located within the delightful rural setting of Boundary Farm in Saxtead, the Cartlodge is a superb one bedroom holiday home, perfect for couples of all ages looking to enjoy a countryside retreat. The property is set in around six acres of idyllic gardens, woodland and meadows and offers a fully equipped, open plan kitchen, living and dining area with views over the countryside on one side and the rear garden on the other. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a large zip and link double bed which can be made into two singles and a generously sized, accessible en-suite wet room with a shower, wash basin and WC. There is also a separate cloakroom with WC and washing machine just off the kitchen. There is a brand new additional games room with table football, board games and plenty of seating offering a fantastic space to keep you entertained during your stay.Saxtead is a quaint village, two miles North West of the historic market town of Framlingham, famous for it's magnificent late 12th-century castle, fantastic shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. As well as making up the hamlets of Saxtead Green and Saxtead Little Green, the village's major features are the landmark windmill, the Old Mill House pub and the Church of 'All Saints'. Both the pub and the windmill are only a short walk from Boundary Farm and are great attractions to stop off at when exploring the surrounding area.
