There is also a fully equipped kitchenette. Inside you will find one double bedroom with a small terrace and second bedroom with two single beds. .An internal staircase leads to a third little room with a nice roof balcony .There is one bathroom with shower. This apartment has fully function air conditioning for those hot summer days and wifi. Baby cot and high chair available on request.
AREA DESCRIPTION: Viareggio is a city on the Northern Coast of Tuscany in the perfect position for those who wish to spend their holiday lounging on the beach, exploring a modern yet historic Italian coastal city or taking day trips to the numerous small towns nestled in the Tuscany countryside.
The Viareggio city coast is lined with a multitude of beach clubs where you are able to rent chairs and umbrellas for sunny days on the sand. These clubs also have bars and restaurants.
Driving ten minutes to the south of Viareggio you will find the wild beaches and a large pinewood along the coast, which gives you the opportunity to experience what the Italian coast was like before man.
To the north, half an hour by ferryboat, or in one hour by car, you can visit The Cinque Terre with its famous rocky coast line and crystal clear waters.
In twenty-five minutes you can also get to Massaciuccoli Lake where you can take part in the sailing courses held at the lakes Sailing School.
