Positive: The location is excellent and the building feels safe, friendly and the pool area is great (Mick the site manager was lovely). Close to all attractions and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and having 2 bathrooms was great. All appliances worked and the aircon was perfect, read a few reviews and didn’t go below 71 and it was cool for our whole stay and worked fine.
Negative: The property is in desperate need of a refresh. It’s tired and when we first arrived we were quite put off and disappointed in comparison to the pictures. It is also listed as a 3 bedroom property and is 2 bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room, but if you actually used it, you wouldn’t have anywhere to sit or eat or swing a cat!!! The master bed room mattress dipped in the middle and was uncomfortable. It’s a shame it’s a great, location and building but needs a good clean and paint. The bathrooms were both modern and fine. Mainly cosmetic, we would stay again in the same place but maybe upgrade or stay in another apartment that’s more modern/fresher.
Summary: Great location, good sized apartment but in need of some TLC and a refresh/upgrade. Low end of a 3 star in my view.
