This is because this mill provided the necessary grinding for the chocolate factory that existed in the same place, dating back to the beginning of the 20th century.
Well-equipped and comfortably furnished, it invites you to long conversations by the fire in winter or, in summer, to take a refreshing dip in the river Laboreiro or in the natural pools of Poço Verde, located next to this mill and which gave its name to this place.
