The apartment is located on the first floor of the building (without elevator) and offers a large, fully equipped terrace where you can also sunbathe on two sunbeds or enjoy a delicious breakfast before leaving to discover this beautiful area of Mallorca. The interior of the modern apartment is bright and comfortable. In the living - dining room you can rest while watching the satellite TV and cool down with the air conditioning. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob. In the house there is also a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment offers two air-conditioned bedrooms where our guests can rest, one with a double bed and the other with a cot. The modern bathroom of the house has a shower. Capdepera is a historic jewel on the island of Mallorca. A visit to the castle and walled enclosure is a must. The town offers all the services for an independent stay, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. In addition, the area is full of beautiful beaches where you can fully enjoy the Mediterranean Sea: Cala Agulla, Sa font de sa Cala or Canyamel . Besides the beach, you can take an excursion to the Artà caves or spend a day playing golf at the Capdepera golf course. Pets are not allowed. Holding events is prohibited.
