This expansive, renovated farmhouse offers large groups plenty of indoor and outdoor space to comfortably travel together. The large yard features a picturesque barn, perfect for the backdrop in photos, plus a spring fed pond for warm weather swimming. There is plenty of space for lawn games outside and the front deck with seating area and BBQ is the spot to entertain year round.
Inside the home has multiple areas for gathering. The open concept kitchen area allows several people to prepare meals together while others can gather around the table. The living room features a large flat screen tv, family games and books as well as an amazing stone fireplace.
The upstairs is divided into two separate spaces allowing privacy. One living quarter features a bathroom with claw foot tub and walk in shower, one bedroom with queen bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. Above kitchen side of the house there is a master bedroom en suite, two rooms with twin trundle beds and another room with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with walk in shower. What more could you need?
Family friendly and dog friendly (an additional dog fee of $200 per pet per stay applies, maximum of two dogs and must be approved). Sorry, feline's are not allowed.
Guests have access to the whole home and yard. The barn interior is off limits.

Winter: If you are unfamiliar with driving on snowy mountain roads look for tips online from sites like AAA. The roads are maintained by state and local transportation crews but may still have snow on them. Check the weather for Roxbury on the day of your arrival and plan your trip accordingly. If you are unsure of weather conditions contact the Property Manager. It is recommended to have and AWD or 4WD vehicles during the winter months. Regardless, anytime between October and April when snow is likely make sure your vehicles had good treads.
Guests are provided with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry soap, propane, cleaning supplies. When the provided supply is gone guests should purchase what they need for the remainder of their stay.
Cell service is limited in the area but WiFi Calling is available at the house through your cell phone. Check your Carrier Settings.
The house is on a well but we have a filtered system. There may sometimes be a sulphur smell in the water. While safe to bath and wash dishes in, it may not be preferred for cooking and drinking.
Pond: Swim and use pond at your own risk. Children and dogs should always be supervised near pond. Spring fed pond is swimmable in warmer months but DOES NOT FREEZE SOLID IN THE WINTER. Check-In and Check-Out: Plan your travel on our listed 4PM arrival and 11AM departure times. Changes in times may be available for an additional fee if possible. Please give at least 24 hours notice for requests, last minute requests may not be possible as cleaning and service schedules are planned in advance.
- We have awesome neighbors; help keep us awesome neighbors too.
- No parties. Only the number of guests on the reservation should be in the aparment. Let Host know of daytime guests.
- No smoking. If you must smoke, do so outdoors only and extinguish when done then put in the garbage. There will be a $500 fine for evidence of smoking inside the home.
- Dogs are considered, with approval and additional fee.
- No ATV's, snowmobiles, fireworks or firearms.
- Quiet hours 9PM to 8AM, keep outdoor noise to a minimum.
