We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Cervione, this charming house air-conditioned with less than one kilometre of the beach, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 58 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 19 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 62 m².
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 19 m² with TV, a double sofa bed,
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room and WC
On the first floor:
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90*190)
Outside :
- A shared swimming pool with two pools, open from May to October from 9am to 9pm (dates not contractual)
- A beautiful garden of 62 m².
- A covered terrace facing south-west with furniture to enjoy the sunny days and the sunsets on the heights of Cervione.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, fan, deck chairs.
The house is equipped with a mobile air conditioner, a mobile cooler and standing fans.
The house is ideally located in Cervione, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
