This newly built stone Villa Marta is located 13 km from Zadar old town, and is a perfect place for a quiet family vacation. Total plot consists of 7000 m² in which You can find a lot of activities for a perfect family vacation such as 50 m² heated swimming pool with loungers, small outdoor kitchen with a grill, olive garden and children playground.
