First Floor has an eat in kitchen and formal dining room that seats eight, a living room, a family room, powder room, and a laundry room. Sliding doors off kitchen and family room to quiet, secluded deck, gas grill and outdoor shower. Also, basketball hoop in back of home.
Second floor has a large master suite with spacious marble master bath with a large tub & double-sized shower, and a large walk-in closet with dressing area. Sliding glass doors to private balcony. Two additional bedrooms with large walk-in closets and a shared hall bathroom with tub & shower.
Third floor has two bedrooms with shared large hall bathroom with double sinks and a library. Library is quite similar to bedrooms in size and has recliner and full size futon.
Large detached two car garage that will fit not only your cars, but all your outdoor gear. Long side driveway for additional off street overnight parking. A Super Chexx Bubble Hockey and Pool/Ping Pong Table for some family fun.
