RMG estate is a charming, 4 bedrooms 2.5 bath located in the beautiful city of Groveland just outside of Clermont/Orlando. With its picturesque scenery Groveland sets itself part from the rest. The luscious farms, beautiful trees and some of the most beautiful landscapes. This home has just been renovated with new floorings, bathroom is completely remodeled. All new appliances and furnitures . We are 30 mins away from universal studios Orlando and 45 mins from Disney World. Close to restaurants, shopping plazas. The beautiful Clermont waterfront Park is located approx 15mins away it is one of the town’s favorite attractions. There is also a winery located 10mins away. Wanting to just relax at home we have a beautiful pool in the backyard.
Space :
You will have 2113 sq feet of living space all to yourself. As you walk in, the open floor plan is very inviting with a family room, dining room and kitchen in the center of the home along with a half bathroom . Just outside the kitchen is a beautiful swimming pool.
Upstairs you will find all the bedrooms including the master with its own private bathroom and a king size bed. There is a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. Just outside of the master bedroom to the right is a shared full bathroom, across from the bathroom is the second bedroom with a queen size bed.
The bedroom to the left has two twin beds and the bedroom to the right has two a bunk bed and a sofa bed.
Downstairs you will find the laundry room and a kitchen stocked with seasonings, oil, coffee machine, microwave oven and all appliances. Our great room allows you entertain while cooking. With a huge yard space you can park your RV, commercial vehicles and trailers for an additional fee of $24.99/daily.

Please note, short stay bookings of 2 nights have to pay a refundable $500 damage deposit.
