Welcome to Villa Paraiso Cerritos! Quietly nestled in the corner of the property, this spacious 4 Bed Room corner Bottom and Top Floor unit water filtration. The ocean view rooftop deck has an outdoor kitchen and beautifully decorated entertaining area.
The space
If you want to enjoy your morning coffee with a sunrise view of the mountains and desert views while listening to the surf, this is the unit for you. Sit on the rooftop day and night enjoying the sun and the stars from our swinging hammock chairs and brand-new patio furnishings. Get your night going with a BBQ and cervesas with the fridge and BBQ upstairs on the deck. And though we are tucked away in the back corner of the complex, we have easy access to parking and you are just steps to the pool and one of the best mountain views looking out both directions.
Inside our newly built 2-bedroom modern upper floor condo at Cerritos Beach there are two separate bedrooms, one KING, 2 Queen beds, with a full bath in between the two bedrooms, and a separate powder room beside the living space.
Highlights include
One of few units with an extra water filtration system in place so you can drink and use the water with no worries. The unit is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Each room is fully air conditioned, has a ceiling fan, UV blocking window tint and blinds. Master bedroom 1 king bed with built in closet storage, 2nd bedroom 2 queen beds with built in closet storage. Comfortable modern furnishing in the living room. UV tinted windows to keep the room cool and sunlight dampened
Fully set indoor kitchen with full size appliances, indoor and outdoor dishware, utensils
Basic cooking spices and oil are in the cupboards. Beach basics such as towels, chairs, umbrella, mini cooler bag, water bottles, travel mugs
For a larger group, you can rent just this upper floor unit, or include our bottom floor condo and entertaining patio in the same building and have our entire 2 story condo to yourselves for your group stay and enjoy the only private entertaining patio in the complex that is exclusive for our guests in the lower floor condo.
If you are planning an intimate wedding or small group getaway, you can book your friends and family in the other units of this complex with the on-site booking manager and they will help arrange for the on-site restaurant to cater your group dinner in this private patio space.
With the morning sunshine and pool views from the roof, you can arrange private yoga, or massage appointments from recommended local practitioners right on the rooftop patio.
Have a family or group? You can also rent our upstairs unit to be able to sleep 12 people (6 beds total) and ask us to put you in touch with the on-site managers for extra rental units in the other condos for even larger groups.
This lower first floor unit is easy access to the parking and pools and after you walk through the beautiful grounds and pass the second pool and outdoor lounge space, you'll be on the quaint little dirt road that leads to not only the BEST fish tacos in the Baja - from barracuda's cantina, but also of course to the friendliest surf shacks and most beautiful beach on this side of the Baja coast.
The condo is set up with ONE spacious tile shower /full bathroom between the two bedrooms and a second half bath just beside the kitchen (no shower in the half bath).
There is also an outdoor shower available at the Cactus Pool in the first part of the condo complex
Entertainment:
The condo is equipped with WIFI and living room has a large TV inside connected to the internet so you can stream Netflix when you want to relax inside for the night.
A few games, magazines and books are in the unit.
Just steps out the back door you can enjoy FreeSouls for their live music nights and rooftop infinity pool and bar service.
The kitchen:
Fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes and pots and pans and a few extras such as a blender, Keurig and French press. There is a gas range and oven and full-sized fridge inside the condo, along with a gas grill and bar fridge and sink on the rooftop patio so you can BBQ your catch of the day from the local markets.
Just steps from the condo you will find the first of two pools in the complex and a new bar and restaurant scheduled to open right on site behind this pool later this spring.
POOLS:
Guests have access to 2 pools (Cerritos Sunrise Phase 1 and Phase 2).
Restaurants:
Our welcome guide will provide you with a list of our favorite hidden gems and farm to table spots. Casa Maya, our on-site restaurant features fresh seafood, sushi, sashimi, pastas and prime steaks. Hand squeezed fresh cocktails and an extensive wine collection. Open 4pm-9pm, closed Monday. (Credit Cards Accepted). There are several nearby restaurants within steps of the condo including Freesouls with it's wood fired pizzas and infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Next door is Barracuda Cantina with amazing tacos and local fare in a toes in the sand casual setting with a great tequila selection.
LINENS & TOWELS
Beach Towels and Linens are all included but there is no housekeeping during your stay to refresh linens, however housekeeping may be available through the onsite managers for linen refresh for an extra fee.
BEACH SERVICES
Take advantage of the Beach Club private lounge on your first day to make it worthwhile if you will be at the beach for long hours each day so you can enjoy their bar service, lounge chairs and washrooms
Don't miss the restaurant and pool beside the new CERRITOS tourist sign, this restaurant is public and has great beachside seating
Beach chairs, surfboards and occasionally lounge chairs and umbrellas are available from the various surf stands along the beach who prefer PESOS instead of USD when possible, you'll often get a better price in Pesos.
Barefoot Luxury is a small condominium community. You will have full access to all community amenities, including pool, restaurant, cantina, parking, shaded lounge areas, and rinse station.
