Summary: Excellent location, wonderful residence and staff. The only complaint I have regarding the Hacienda Beach Club relates to the pool. There are two pools, a "kid friendly" pool and an adult pool. There is a reasonable amount of seating around the kid pool, but people would place towels on seats as early as 6am to "reserve" those seats for the day, leaving only seats near the adult pool available. On one day in particular we were kicked out of our seats near the adult pool because my 10 year old was laying in a sun chair eating lunch while taking a break from swimming in the kid pool. He never swam in the adult pool and since we were not up at 6am to "reserve" a seat near the kid pool we were forced to leave. Would have been 5 stars if this had not been the case. Quite disappointing.
