COVID-19 UPDATE: Since May 23, 2020 Citrus County has approved vacation rentals to re-open again. CLEANING, DESINFECTING AND CHECK IN: My property manager follows the local regulations and Implemented an enhanced cleaning and desinfecting of the property between stays and contactless check in. MODERATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Because of Covid-19, we apply a moderate cancellation policy: travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. No refund for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival date. Should governement regulations prevent you from travelling, a full refund will be given even if cancelled less than 30 days before arrival date. NO BACK TO BACK RESERVATIONS: leaving at least 24 hours between check-out and check-in.
RATES: Rental rate includes electricity, water, gas, phone, internet so... no surprises at the end of your stay.
FREE SOLAR POOL HEATING IS ALSO INCLUDED. Electric heating (heat pump) is optional at a fee of $10 per night plus taxes and to be paid for the entire duration of your stay.

POOL: There is a large swimming pool and pool dek with dining table, chairs and sun loungers.
IN JAN 2013 WE INSTALLED A STATE-OF-THE-ART SOLAR POOL HEATING SYSTEM. Solar heating is free for our guests. Should you wish to use the heat pump, there is a fee of $10 per night plus taxes and to be paid for the entire duration of your stay.
DEPOSIT: We ask for a down payment of 25% in order to make the booking and the balance to be paid 30 days before arrival.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a very quiet neighborhood on a large plot (0.45 acres), 3 miles from Inverness and across the road from the Lakeside Golf club. Food stores are nearby.
FACILITIES: The villa is fully equiped: cooking stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, bed linen and towels, iron board...
TV & AUDIO: Large flat-screen 4K tv in the living room as well as in the master bedroom and queen bedroom, all with digital 100+ channels. Radio & cd player, dvd player, wireless internet and free phone calls within the continental USA.
BEACHES: There is a very nice beach kids-friendely but small beach at Pine Island(40 miles).
For the real beach life you can drive to the well known beaches of Clearwater and Honeymoon Island(70 miles).
Tampa bay with its miles of beaches, Tampa bay bridge, and Fort De Soto state park.
