In fact it is said that from this bay you can enjoy the best sunsets on the whole island and the amazing views of the city of Dalt Vila.
The beautiful Talamanca Bay is located only 15 minutes on foot away from Ibiza and the main seaports of the Island. Its spectacular clear water beaches offer a unique landscape, from which we can enjoy the best sunset of Ibiza Along the Talamanca bay, its visitors can choose among a large variety of restaurants and bars, and find a whole range of small traditional shops, supermarkets, banks and news-stands. Very close to Talamanca, just 5 minutes away, is the small village of Jesús. Talamanca is one of the most relaxing places of Ibiza and has some of the best beaches of the island. Talamanca's location makes this bay an ideal place to spend the summer, where you can peacefully enjoy the sun of Ibiza and its warm weather. At a near walking distance from the house, you can also experience the magic of Ibiza nightlife, in the famous clubs of Lio, Pacha and El Divino, as well as in the Casino and the amazing Ibiza seaport. This brand new and modern design house is located in Talamanca, in one of the most exclusive residential compounds of Ibiza Island. It was designed by the prestigious Spanish architecture studio A-CERO-Joaquín Torres Architects.
The house is 370m2 ( 3.700 square feets ). The space is split into 4 suite bedrooms, each equipped with their own bathroom, marble floors, built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning and television with canal plus. There is no problem in terms of parking as the grounds have two parking spaces. Furthermore the house has 24hour security, an alarm connected to the police, 60 surveillance cameras and 60,000m2 of fenced land. In addition there is also a 1,600m2 infinity pool: a zone of complete relaxation surrounded by sun loungers from which you can enjoy the magical sunsets. It is located just 3 metres from the beach and is very close to the promenade.
The house is located in Es Pouet residential compound of Talamanca, one of the best areas of Ibiza island, in the centre of Talamanca bay, just 2 kilometers away from the village of Jesús and 4 kilometers away from Ibiza city and the seaport of Ibiza, where you can find the Marina of Ibiza Nueva and Marina Botafoch, as well as the exclusive Rocasilla golf field.
