Beautiful holiday apartment with communal pool and sauna in a semi-detached house in Codevigo, in the middle of a green landscape, in the Venice lagoon. The other rental has the reference IVC238. Both apartments have a separate entrance and their own garden, where you can dine in the evening under a starry sky. The swimming pool and the outdoor area with sun loungers, where you can relax and sunbathe, are for shared use. The surrounding landscape, typical of the lagoon with its freshwater canals and lakes, invites you to go for a walk or a bike ride. Nearby, there is the possibility to practice kitesurfing, and to rent bicycles, canoes and kayaks, to explore the lagoon or to go to the beach of Boschettona (5 km). The area is also ideal for bird watching. On request, with reservation with the owner, you can be accompanied by a personal coach for your Nordic walking outings. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a bathroom accessible to disabled people. The area is famous for the cultivation of asparagus, and you can taste and buy it during the season directly from the owner, as well as other specialities from his own production such as vegetable jams (radish, cucumber, onion). On the ground floor there is a large room where you can reserve the services of a cook for dinner (on request with payment of a supplement on the spot). This location is an excellent starting point for discovering the Venetian cities: 1 km away there is a bus stop with a connection to Venice, which you can reach in 20 minutes.
