It is an excellent starting point to discover Tuscany and Liguria! Organize excursions to Carrara, known for its splendid white marble quarries, to the small hamlets of the Apuan Alps, or to Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta, where numerous artistic and photographic exhibitions are held every year. Shoppers can stroll through the beautiful shops and boutiques of Forte dei Marmi. Take the opportunity to visit the Cinque Terre National Park, with its paths, castles and five picturesque and well-preserved hamlets, each with its own unique characteristics: Monterosso, the oldest, Vernazza, the most beautiful, Corniglia, the highest, Manarola, the largest, and Riomaggiore, from which the famous "Via dell'Amore" can be seen winding through the hills. Visit the charming fishing village of Porto Venere, located at the end of the Golfo dei Poeti, and the beautiful Cathedral of San Pietro, built directly over the sea! For the more sporty, there is an equestrian centre 5 km away, a tennis court 6.5 km away, and a golf course 16 km away. You can also relax at the nearby thermal springs. Please note: access to the rental is via a bumpy gravel road for about 1 km which is not suitable for sports cars. Please drive carefully.
