In the heart of the village of Méréville, we offer you this old 17th century farmhouse with a large swimming pool, not overlooked, 380 m² in size and able to accommodate up to 15 travelers. It features a lovely 100 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, eight bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 5,000 m² garden with terraces. We're waiting for you!

- A large swimming pool (private, heated by heat pump), approx. 62 m², open from April to October (opening dates non-contractual), secured by an alarm and surrounded by a large composite beach with sun loungers
- An attractive 5,000 m² garden enclosed by walls and trees, facing east and south, with garden furniture
- An L-shaped terrace of 125 m² facing south and 60 m² facing east, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: basketball hoop, barbecue, gas plancha, traditional barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Méréville, in very pleasant and quiet surroundings close to Nancy. All essential shops are nearby.
