Positive: The property was exactly as pictured - very nice and comfortable!! It seemed like we had everything we needed and more. I needed the First Aid kit and it was there!! Richard was AWESOME and very responsive to our inquiries! He made sure we had what we needed for our 1 yr old grandson and even offered us a nice high chair, new crib sheets and baby blanket for the baby crib we rented. The bedroom with bunks was pretty tight squeeze with crib but we managed. The Master Suite was great and the front bedroom with a King was very comfortable but with limited space to move around. BUT if you want a townhouse with 2 king beds, it is great! The bedding was LUXURIOUS! I can honestly say that my husband and I had the BEST week of sleep in a rental EVER!! I even took pictures of bedding tags to order for my house!
Negative: The bicycles felt a little wobbly so we only rode them once. Probably need a little maintenance. I also thought the golf cart was a 6 person cart but only seated 4 adults.
